"Has been a long time since I have not been in Guatemala and this time I decided to stay at this hotel since I have used the same chain in Guatemala and also in Spain. As a turnout, there was absolutely excellent stay the hotel is beautiful as big as all kind of amenities as beautiful Rooms. I was given an upgrade and I stay in a two level room fantastic beautiful view very clean I was also able to stare at to be able to go to the nine floor which has service during the day as well. As I said, the communication is excellent with the staff very courteous. We were celebrating our anniversary and I even received very nice letter from the manager Francisco Carmona getting the opportunity to try one of the restaurants which was absolutely amazing as well as the breakfast. Every day was fantastic. Very typical food that you can taste if you’re traveling to Guatemala you wanted to do that and I have only great things to say about my stay at this hotel. Highly recommended excellent price as well."

"Very central near the Cathedral and the palace wouldn’t chance using the pool overall outdated and unclean wouldn’t recommend. "

"Then never sent the check-in information and the reservation had to be canceled the day that I landed and I was left with no place to stay for 38 days. I was forced to have friends offer me their space and I have to sleep on the floor on my vacation because I couldn’t find a place in time."
