"The staff at the Hostel couldn't have been any nicer. We had a misunderstanding with our payment but Lisa and her colleagues were extremely helpful and friendly to all of us. "Well presented hotel throughout. A 15 minute walk from Essen Central Station or 7 to 8 minute walk from Philharmonie tube/tram stop. Almost next door to Museum Folkwang. Located on a busy road but little or no traffic noise inside the hotel. Very large room with comfortable bed and very powerful shower. Breakfast options were plentiful and the breakfast room was never too busy. Friendly staff. All in all a great hotel and would definitely stay again if I was in this area. "
