This is a nice place. Their breakfast is wonderful, and the ends were comfy. Parking here was a nightmare though.

Very friendly service, quick check-in, nice Lobby and Happy Hour, the room was nice, modern, would only wish the air-conditioning would make the room warmer and the hairdryer would be stronger. Breakfast was nice too, good value performance, I recommend the Premier Inn when visiting Essen. Warm Greetings.

Modern and clean hotel with kindly staff. The hotel is located next to the trainstation and walk distance to the centre.

Very nice room, clean and with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet (which I booked for €17.90 during check-in) was also worthwhile - with English breakfast, small breads, all kinds of cheeses and meats and vegan options.

We enjoyed our stay very much at Premier Inn Essen Centre. The rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast buffet was great. Staff was friendly too. Only thing we did not like was the surroundings of the hotel as the streets were completely broken up, which didn't make for a nice view and complicated parking. This is ofcourse a temporary situation and not a fault of the hotel.

Ok hotel

Tried to get access to the hotel's parking 1.5 hours before check-in as we were earlier, but it didn't work. Had also booked a bigger room, as the cost was the same, but got a smaller one at check-in, couldn't bear to argue about it... The breakfast was good.

The Hotel is clean and modern but there were no bathroom accessories except for the shower gel on the wall and handwash and hand lotion on the basin. The bathroom and bedroom were small and no refrigerator. Housekeeping is only done on request. Breakfast was nice but basic. I asked for a shower cap but they do not provide them. The redeeming feature was the location next to the station with food and various other stores within the station. However, the hotel was well insulated and not affected by outside noise.

The room was clean but the bar area was a mess, there was a lot or rubbish on the floor around the bar/reception area. The area out the front of the hotel also had a lot of rubbish around.
