"What i didn’t like was that at the snack bar near the pool the birds flew inside were the buffet line had all the desserts and food and they were eating from it. I told one of the employees about it . She told me i would let them know and they would be removing the food that was pick by the birds, but they never did. she was more worry about people not coming up to the buffet line wrap in towels…"

"The whole staff are amazing, helpful, and so nice. Stayed here 4 times and unless booked will only stay here. Recommend the Patron Margarita by Domi… She is bet if best.. Frank the owner on site all time never know but he and wife there at anytime if needed. Best spot in Puerto Plata and Sosua HANDS DOWN!!!"

The staff are exceptionally gracious and the location right on the water's edge is magnificent. Daily breakfast in the Sunset Grill is always a treat, only to be surpassed by watching sunset from the same location for dinner. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be back again."
