"The hotel is relatively modern and clean but totally lacks any type of personal service. My room was not cleaned during my stay, the check in process was confusing with them trying to do it via WhatsApp ahead of my arrival and the staff at the desk were not friendly. In addition, I had a tea tray in my room but the only option was one chamomile tea bag and two sachets of sugar...there were no other options and no water or any other amenities in the room."
