The property is in a nice location, walkable to the zoo, victoria mall and restaurants. Condition of the room was poor: little hot water, tv didn't work, mirror broken, ac leaking

Staff was excellent and very helpful with all of our personal needs. The coffee pot wasn’t working and they woke up and made us coffee at 3 AM before we went to the airport. Shuttle service was excellent and on time

No information pack in room to operate tv, air conditioning coffee machine etc. No breakfast available at 7.30 am yet told it was served from 7.00. Had asked previous night to have it at 7.00 am. Ignored. So left with no food. The final bill forgot one evening meal 😳. I had to remind them. Very poor.

A good choice
This is a really well set up hotel in a good location. Rooms are spacious, breakfast was great. Garden was a pretty sanctuary. We did have one problem not caused by the hotel itself but the excellent manager listened attentively, understood the issue and fixed it. His responses were text book perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Another wonderful stay at this hotel! Although they make me feel like I'm more at home than at a hotel! Room was great and the bed was fantastic...feel asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow!

Good Accommodations
Near airport on hillside with view of city. Small but nice garden. Rooms are large, AC and overhead fan. Bathroom with separate shower and warm water. Bed is softer than most so comfortable. Customer service is great. Delicious breakfast. Shuttle service. I would recommend.

Staff and service gives this a 5 stars as well as the owner. The owner will also do driving services for  an affordable price of $40-$50 a day depending on the location. This place was very clean and they took care and helped us logistical issues in Entebbe and Kampala. If you call the hotel directly, you can probably get the room for $50-55USD per night. Mr. Dennis, the owner, was very helpful to us. When you pull in, if you think the outside needs a facelift, Mr. Dennis is aware but the inside and the service with made to order breakfast is nothing less than exceptional. The coffee that they grow I would highly recommend. We were very surprised at our stay and will be back when we visit again and would encourage people to give it a try.
