"Rooms are not supplied with DND signs. Every morning starting at 8:30 am we got repeated knocks on the door from room service. Despite saying ‘no thanks’ they were back again 15 minutes later. On the last day (of 3) we had late checkout arranged and still they were knocking on the door 90 minutes before we had to vacate the room. In this day and age of smart phones this should not be happening!!"

"I liked the front of house staff at check in and out. They were very nice and helpful, especially Amrita. She gave me great directions to get into London city center. Not so helpful was the dining staff. Took the longest time just to get a drink in fact, drinks came when food came or like seconds before. The staff seemed very unwilling to ask if there was something not listed on the menu was available. The answer we got we got was, "we don't do that" when asked for sour cream. Otherwise things were fine, breakfast was very good."

"This is a really good budget hotel in a central area with lots of amenities. The staff are super friendly and make you feel very welcome. There is the added bonus of a cooked breakfast of bacon and eggs. The rooms are basic but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The communal bathroom is kept very clean and the shower is good with plenty of hot water. I would definately stay here again."
