He even got the night manager involved and still no luck. Finally after about 45 minutes he agreed to let me have a room and he would contact hotels.com in the morning. I was shown to a room on the 3rd floor, no elevator and with an A/C that wasn't working. I didn't get any sleep at all given the hot humid condition. Also no toilet paper...
