"I love the lively atmosphere and the lovely staff"

"Fabulous staff, really great location, large locker, good breakfast, cooking facilities available, excellent facilities. Just brilliant!"

"Have stayed few times in this hotel, convenient location."

"Clean room, excellent staff, great breakfast selections."

"Hotel location is ideal ,food centre 2nd flr, bank and proximity to Chinatown. Surrounding area safe. Maintenance of hotel is poor apparently due to lack of experience staff and regular inspection. "

"Not happy with the location. Didn't feel safe walking around. Mold in room so I was moved to different room that was a bit better. Mold still visible. Gym equipment not well maintained. Enjoyed the pool. Restaurant was ok. Staff gave me wrong address to the beach and I ended up being dropped off with Grab and wondered around lost. I wouldn't stay there again."

"The staff was great, but unfortunately the hotel was not in a good arra and it was difficult to get to tourist type locations."

"Staff is really nice, hotel is at a location that is good for work, especially if you have to be in the port, but both hotel and environment are not a touristical "hotspot"."

"Close to amenities like shops, food, Bank ATM, Mosque"

"安いが必要な物は揃っていて、安心して宿泊できました。スタッフも親切でした。"

"Close to old Jakarta station and line that links to main station. Entrance is from front not rear side door!"

"Clean room, good air conditioning"

"nice , clean and friendly"

"The staff was wonderful—attentive, friendly, and deserving of 5 stars! Unfortunately, the air conditioning was weak, the room felt damp, and the hallways were too dark. The hotel needs improvement, but the service was excellent."

"Hotel is clean, good location, friendly staff. Although it is small but it is comfortable."

"Very clean rooms, friendly staff, family friendly"

"The staff is nice, but the room is very small and there is no window. The towel seemed a bit old and was never changed during my 5 nights stay. The laundry took longer than they promised to be done. However, overall the conditions are acceptable considering the price."

"The hotel is quite old and rundown. The room is small, a bit smelly and not so clean. Location is good for shopping."
