"House of Tugu is the latest hotel from the Tugu Group, which I have frequented many times.
This one is truly the masterpiece... the decor and mood is otherworldly. The room is spacious and very comfy. Breakfast was amazing and I really like their coffee.
Service is something that all Tugu hotels share, always warm, genuine, and caring. To me, this is the perfect weekend getaway hotel."
"Nice staff. Great amenities, such as the pool, morning buffet, laundry, and gym. Easy access to tourist sights. The room is clean, up to date, and complete grooming kit."
"Centrally located. Walking distance to mall.
Our room only has a fan system. No air-conditioning system. Musty smell in room with no ventilation at all. "
"Perfect location, quiet rooms, kitchen and dining room to eat take out/prepare simple meals/entertainment in cafe bar ajoining hostel, friendly staff, clean, safe, communal area "
"Good hotel ,with friendly staff. Clean and good value of money, cheap compared with other hotels.
Only the breakfast needed to improve.
Highly recommended "
"Internet connection more OFF than ON.
VERY CONFUSING: 2 D’primas in close proximity. ITC Mangga Dua and WTC Mangga Dua. I accidentally booked an extra night at the wrong one. Had to pay twice because I didn’t want to move.
OBNOXIOUS placement of receptacle. Instead of putting it where it can easily be reached, I had to crawl on the floor like I was changing oil and plug my converter in. Plugging and unplugging things from the bed could be dangerous because someone could gouge their eye on...

"Great location, just 1min walk to Emporium Mall. Rooms look fairly newly furnished, spacious, clean n good housekeeping.
The breakfast has a wide range of delicipus hot Indo foods (the widest for any Holiday Inn Express i have stayed). "
"Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Jakarta Kota. I must say, the front office staff went out of their way to take care of my requirements and even ordered some IKEA products I wanted to carry back. Special thanks to Rika & Hafist Subchan for their excellent customer service. The staff across were nice and courteous and always helpful - house keeping, restaurant, room service, support staff and front office. The rooms were spacious and nice, and of course the breakfast buffet too! Was a pleasant stay and would love to come back again. "
"This appears to be an older facility than hasn’t been updated. The staff were really nice and accommodating and the breakfast was great. You were only give two towels and when asked for more they only brought up one extra. "

"Hotel is dated but clean and staff are friendly and approachable. Unfortunately there are lots of mosquitoes especially at the lobby area and guest receptions area. These are in the hotel and not outside. Best to eliminate this at its their first impressions when we come in and where guests sit around at the lounge cafe enjoying pastries and coffee. Can't stay long with all the mosquitoes.
