"Newly renovated. Updated rooms. Free breakfast which is nice. Good amenities. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only issues: Rooms are small (not ideal for couples or families), the bathroom in my room was kinda dirty, my room smelled like pot upon arrival, and the AC unit was super loud (which made it hard to sleep). When i investigated why the AC unit was loud, I saw that the unit door was unlocked and although closing the unit door didn’t remedy the loudness, I did see what was an extremely dirty air filter. Like it looks like it hasn’t been replaced in years. While i don’t have allergies or asthma, people who are sensitive to air quality or have respiratory issues might have a hard time. Again, the benefits outweighed the issues that i saw. Can it be better? Sure. But if you are a solo traveler who wants a reasonably priced (for FiDi NYC) brand name business hotel with free breakfast, good location and the comfort of a marriot brand hotel, this is a great solution. Also Carlos at the front desk was clutch for the after dinner snack service :)"

"This hotel was very clean and had plenty of space! It is also very accessible, one of our travelers is in a wheelchair and it was very well equipped to make things easy for him! We will absolutely be staying again."

"I’m not sure if the sheets had been changed before we checked in because there was a hair on it before we even got in the bed. Room and bathroom fairly clean, the fan/exhaust in bathroom was rusty and dirty. Overall the room was a lot smaller than the photos made it seem, and wish we had a better view of the bridge like in photos online. Breakfast was in a very small room, everything a lot smaller than photos made it seem. Staff was very nice though and it was quiet."
