"A pleasant, clean, well-maintained hotel in an ideal position, with friendly, helpful staff and good breakfasts. But yet another hotel where the designer has had the last word. Hotel managers should spend a week in each room in their hotel, then there would be more drawer space, plenty of sockets at useful heights, hooks for coats (especially damp ones), brighter lighting and comfortable armchairs instead of baths in bedrooms, mirrors everywhere except near the hairdryer socket, and no shaver...

Lovely stay at The Graduate
"Everything was perfect. Check in was great. Luca (I think) was friendly and really helpful and remembered us when we checked out. We are in the hotel twice and it was perfect. I have lots of food intolerances from a long term illness and the bar and restaurant staff and the kitchen were in incredibly helpful and got everything right both times, first go. Trust me this is unusual. It took Gordon Ramsey restaurant 3 times of sending out food before I gave up and didn’t eat. Room was lovely. We had a view of the river and a lovely balcony. Highlight was watching the cows on the opposite bank. We would definitely recommend and return. "
