"Renovations made to the rooms (new furniture, carpeting, window coverings) in the past year are well done & contemporary. The new mattresses were very comfortable. The dining area has also been refreshed with a long community table. I stayed at another property in town 10 days earlier and it was like night & day. I will return to Stay USA and not waste my money elsewhere."

"We discovered that our reserved room was on the 2nd floor & there was no elevator. We were not capable of carrying our luggage up the stairs, so the desk clerk was kind enough to upgrade our room at no additional charge to a room on the main floor. Elderly people really appreciate gestures like this."
