"The parking is limited. I arrived after dark to find the parking lot full and I parked on a nearby street and walked a unlit, dark neighborhood to the motel. (I am 81). Then the office was closed (9 PM). and I had to call the Night Manager to come let me in. I arrived at 9:05 PM. Breakfast was sparse. Coffee, Juice, an almost empty pot of Oatmeal, a Croissant and a few oranges and apples. The Night Manager came quickly and was pleasant. The room had a comfy bed, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and TV. No charging ports. "

"The lobby area and staff are top notch. The hot tub was BUSY on a sunday night, with many kids and families going in and out. Not super relaxing because of the traffic and kids playing and jumping into the hot tub, but it was reasonably kept. The pool was nice if a bit cool. My room had several incomplete repairs in progress (wall patches, missing paint and finish, holes in the window screen, and I could go on here), black mold in the bathroom celing area, and the room number was paper taped on the door. There was no in room bath tub, but there was a frig and coffee maker. No microwave, but there is one in the lobby. The location and views are great. I know I got a good deal on the room price, but it just wasn't nice inside. Glad I was only there for one night. I wont stay there again."

"The bay was visible from our room and the deck had atable and two chairs. The hotel itself was clean and very quiet at night. Wonderful coffee and eateries very close by. "

"I stayed here for 5 nights to visit my daughter in Los Osos. It's in a beautiful location close to the town. The rooms are spacious and updated. They only have Direct TV and I would prefer a Smart TV so you can stream shows. But they did have a very large collection of DVD's to borrow which was fun!"
