"Clean and comfortable, had a good nights sleep with comfortable bed and cold A/C. Toilet was a big too smal as my feet would not fit and had to open my legs wide. "The people and service are great. The location of the hotel is what brought me here in the first place. You can cross the street and go to the Mall and find anything you need. It’s specially great for families with kids as it has a pool and you can also walk to the mall and there are other attractions for the kids, including a movie theater. The pool is not that warm even though they told us it was heated. My only complaint was the Noche Buena dinner or the dinner for December 24th as the food was not good overall considering it was pretty expensive. "
