Check in for Red Bud requires driving to another property a few miles up the road. The Red Bud property is VERY dark at night. We arrived at 9pm and had called ahead for late check in. We would have liked to know about needing to check in elsewhere. Everyone at the main property was very helpful and accommodating. The onsite market was a great amenity. We really enjoyed being so close to Yosemite.

The property was very nice and clean. The employees took care of us. I had a family member that had hurt themselves prior to our vacation trip and was unable maneuver stairs. The hotel employees were able to get us a nice downstairs room. Yes I would recommend them.!

The main office is at cedar lodge. Other than that, it is a nice quiet place with kitchen. It takes about 40mins to national park.

This place is off-site from Cedar View Lodge which has a restaurant and nice grounds. There is no staff on-site at Red Bud - it is 2 miles from CV Lodge. We walked into our room and were met by the cleaning staff who had sprayed heavily for ants. We asked twice for a different room at CV and were told they were sold out and had no rooms available. Not sure if that was true or if it was because I booked online with Expedia. The room has a kitchenette and maybe that's why it's hard to control the ants but this property needs refurbishing! It's located on a turn right on a main road in Yosemite. If I was desperate and in need of a room for a night it would be only OK. But it was not what we expected when we arrived. We were given a partial refund for the room, but still that didn't make up for the stress of that space!

This property is close to Yosemite National Park entrance. Our room smelled really bad, like stale urine. Before you book you should know check in is off-site, 3 miles up the road along with the pool/amenities. There is no room service. There is no cell service here. It does have a kitchenette which was nice.

This is a small, older hotel with only a few rooms. The amenities such as the pool are 2 miles away at The Cedar Lodge. That is where you go to get your keys. Expedia says you can only check in between 3-6 but that's not correct. Staff is at the Cedar Lodge later than that. We were only a few miles from the gate, so that was very convenient. The room was comfortable. We had wanted a downstairs room, but there were only a few of those. There was no one to help with out bags because there's no staff at the hotel. We would have loved to stay at the Cedar Lodge, but this was the last room available in our price range when we booked, and it served it's purpose. The kitchenette was great to have!

Beautiful quiet property! The pictures don’t do it justice. Clean and homey, and you get access to the pools and gym at the larger Yosemite lodge nearby. It was an easy drive to Yosemite.

Good property near the Yosemite NP. It is literally 15 minutes by car to NP central entrance. It was clean and beautiful surrounding with mountains and Merced River passing through.

This was a nice place close to Yosemite. The deck out front was nice to enjoy the evening.It is not fancy but had a huge bathroom, the beds were comfortble and it was clean. I would stay there again

Maribel at the lobby was so helpful, she was able to get me checked in little bit earlier then 3. She gave me so much information and whereabouts to all amenities on the properties. This is a cute lodge, across the street is a hidden beach with chairs and tables. Very relaxing and great for pictures.

If you are looking for a cheap, quiet place to sleep just out of Yosemite it's not bad. The room was very basic but also very clean. There are no ammenities at the location but you are allowed to use the facilities (pool, etc) at the resort 3 miles away. Also, that is where you check in because, again, there are no facilities other than the block of rooms.

A little pricey, but the room was great with a kitchenette and stocked with dishes, utensils, coffee. Market for provisions about 12 miles up the road. For the price, slightly above average value.

Every thing you needed for a comfortable stay. Was a nice quietspot ,nice view out window of mountain. A fry pan would have been nice to use on the electric burner. We would stay again!
