Wonderful Location

Our group enjoyed the Pescadaro Palace, it was in a convenient location and was on the beach. Robert our host was amazing, very accomodating.We will stay here again.

Pescadero Palace lives up to its name!

This place is amazing! Perfect location to access Todos Santos and Cerritos. Robert is a gem and he supplies everything you need for a beach vacation. We really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and surf boards. We will never forget the starry nights from the roof top patio. We will definitely be returning to this vacation spot.

Perfect location for access to the surf. We loved hanging out at the pool when we weren’t at the beach. House was clean, had all the utensils we needed to get by and Netflix. Couldn’t have asked for more. We will be back soon!!

The Perfect Getaway!

Classic property in Pescadero

Robert's property is fantastic. Three rental units share the compound. Everything is very well maintained and surfing off the point is one of the best breaks in the area. Robert was very responsive and accommodating. We'll definitely come back.

Quiet beauty

We loved this quiet, private 4 unit villa on the beach! Our unit had a roof top deck with a 360 view including the surfers riding the waves and an occasional whale. The pool and spa are shared but felt almost like private space. And Robert, the host, was great. He made us feel at home and even took the time to help us with our rental car when it failed to start. Robert also operates an ultralight aircraft tour where you can whale watch from the air. Definitely recommend this villa for those seeking a quiet but fun beach vacation Joyce and Michael D.

Felt like royalty at Pescadero Palace!

Our stay was great - too short, but we'll definitely be back for both the home and the area! Robert was easy to communicate with, very responsive and flexible, all the amenities were as is described and discussed. We had a great time at the palace, Pescadero, and San Pedrito and will recommend to friends and family.

Love it!

“We had a great time and the set up was perfect for an extended family. Robert had everything we needed for recreation, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, etc. and, to accommodate young ones: Pac-N-Play, highchair, pool toys! It was great having a beautifully designed pool waterfall and infinity hot-tub for an alternative to the beach, which is really close and the waves are “on” 24/7! The units are really comfortable and well equipped with kitchen items and comfortable beds on the firm side. There are extra blankets for the cool Baja winter nights. The sunsets are just beautiful, viewed from your private deck or from a convenient beach bar, an easy walk down the beach where you can also watch the surfers and whales and if you’re lucky, accompanied by Roberts super special dog, Osa. It’s pretty much essential to have some transportation to explore the varied beaches and towns though there’s a great organic farm store a bit over mile away down a rustic dirt farming road that takes you from here to the highway. We’ll be back!”

Dreamy Beachfront House on San Pedrito Beach

I went to Mexico to celebrate my birthday and had an absolutely magical time staying in Pescadero Palace. The property perches just above Pescadero/San Pedrito Beach, a beautiful stretch of white sand with an even more beautiful surf break, just outside of Pescadero and very close to Todos Santos. It is private (with walls and gates), but you still feel like you're interacting with the natural beauty of your surroundings (you can watch the waves break and people surf from the balconies as you listen to the whooshing palm fronds and crashing water!). We caught so many amazing sunrises and sunsets, it's well situated for both! If the ocean and beach aren't your scene, you can still get your water and sun fix poolside. I loved having all of the amenities of home--a full kitchen, laundry, AC, etc., and the property was clean and felt safe. Moreover, Rob was super helpful whenever we had questions or needed suggestions. Whether you're an avid surfer or want to try for the first time, the surf in Pescadero and nearby beach Los Cerritos is world class. Moreover, the food, culture and arts scene in Todos Santos is awesome, especially if you dig an authentic, small town vibe. Plus, downtown Cabo is under an hour away for more of a westernized, busy scene. I reckon I will be back with more friends next time!

Great location, quiet, helpful owner

We had a great time, 3 families with kids. Perfect to hang at the pool, walk to the beach, rooftop sunsets. Wish the outside shower had a curtain for open air shower option. Hot tub was great. Robert was available and helpful for whatever we needed. Thanks!
