"The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, our room had a strange smell and they immediately resolved it, sending in housekeeping and maintenance to clean the AC unit. The front desk followed up several times to ensure we were satisfied with the outcome and our room. We were very happy for the remainder of the stay. The property is clean and quiet. "We have stayed at a lot of high end vacation rentals throughout the years but I have to say this one by far blew the rest out of the water. The attention to detail in the villa is outstanding, the furniture is new and high end and the finished are too notch, the way the villa overlooks the beach makes you feel like you’re on top of the world and the view is to die for. Now, that is just the villa. The staff were the real game changer. Ulises, Juan Ignacio and Martin attended to us and they really could not have been better. The food was exquisite and they made sure we felt comfortable and at home. They were absolutely fantastic and are a big reason we will be coming back. Thank you and looking forward to next year!"
