"Great hotel! the room is large and all rooms have ocean view! We stayed at the “Vacation Club” side and it was perfect! We actually avoided the strong music there was on the other side from a Wedding at the Paradisus next door. The best part is it has a swimable beach in Cabo which is rare! As food and drinks are expensive we opted to dine out most nights and including the Ubers it’s cheaper than dining at the hotel. We did dine one night at the hotel, and the service was incredible, yet the food was abundant but not amazing. You have options to prepare food in the room, so if you want to save on the $40USD breakfast buffet you can buy something in a grocery store and bring them to your room. So if you want a grate hotel at a very good value for money and don’t mind it not being all inclusive, because you are planning to do day trips and dine out, this is your hotel"

"This was my first time staying at the property and I was skeptical after reading a few of the reviews. However, I travel very often all over the world and I understand that what we deem to be luxury in the US is not the same in all areas of the world. Therefore, I came in with that in mind. The property was really nice! So peaceful and quiet. There was a little music and a live band at the main pool… oh and water aerobics. So if you are looking for rest and relaxation, this is where you get it! I stayed in The Reserve Master Suite, which was fabulous! The Reserve areas have separate dining options and swimming pools. Service was excellent. Brian was our personal consierge and took care of everything, even when he had left the property for the evening. Daniel was fantastic around the main pool. You must be a registered guest to access the property so there are no safety concerns. Los Cabos is not the party area so you need transportation into San Lucas/Cabo for the real action but the resort will make those arrangements for you. The driver will even stay in town until you are ready to return. You can also book excursions on site, which I recommend. Although they offer lower prices in town and at the airport, transportation is included and it is a trusted partner. There are also a few water activities at the property as well. I highly recommend this resort. "

"Amazing staff and unparalleled service. They anticipated all of our needs, checked in regularly to see if we needed anything and gave us late check out when our flight was delayed. This hotel is in a serene and beautiful setting. We will definitely come back here again! "

"My recent stay was excellent! The service and friendliness of the staff was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was welcoming, polite, kind, attentive, and they really made my visit memorable and was a highlight of my visit! For privacy reasons, I won’t list everyone’s names but truly all of the staff were wonderful! The spa was lovely and treatments were amazing. Pools were relaxing! Our two bedroom ocean view room was clean, very comfortable, spacious and modern. Only complaint is that it was very dark and no windows in second bedroom. Dining options were plentiful and offered variety, although I overindulged on fish and shrimp tacos and fresh guacamole daily! Resort is safe, quiet and well maintained. I can’t wait to return! "
