Carlos and his concierge team were wonderful to work with and nothing was missed. Their recommendations were excellent and very helpful. "The house was absolutely stunning, more beautiful even then photos. It was extremely spacious, there was 10 of us and everyone felt they had tons of space and privacy. The outdoor living space was massive, multiple areas to relax and the pool was a lot larger than we expected. I would definitely rent this home again. The golf cart was a nice addition as the property is massive and it was nice to have cart to move around on the property. "

"House was great, great views. Seems very new. Rooms and beds were generally nice and comfortable. Diamante was a nice resort, somewhat hard to get in and out of as you can't call ubers to the house, but Diamante can call shuttles to your house which is easy, just more expensive. Only issue was we were missing 2 queen beds in the 4 queen bedroom, but I am certain this will be resolved prior to the next guest visiting, be sure to check this though if you will be needing the beds. Everything else about the listing is accurate and exceeded expectations. FYI, to heat the hot tub is an extra charge which is not listed on VRBO. "

"We had a rough welcome into Mexico at the airport. Security was super rude and not welcoming at all. We were all aggravated after getting no sleep and traveling all day. Deny was in touch with us along the way to make sure we found the place. Then..... we pulled up to the condo to do Deny with a huge smile on his face to embrace us. He turned our frown upside down instantly. He was so friendly and helpful that we were able to set the airport aggravation aside. He really make a huge impact on the satisfaction of our stay. The place was beautiful as well. Only negative experience about the stay was that the hottub wasn't hot but we dealt with it. "

"Beautiful condo outside the city center that was perfect for our family! We rented a car to get in and out of town and had secure parking. The space was lovely and clean and our host was very communicative and accommodative. We had a full kitchen to cook with to save some money. The rooftop pool had incredible views! One thing though, the rooms near the exterior are noisy with traffic but we brought our own sound machine that drowned it out. The beds and pillows were comfortable, too! Great place, would highly recommend!"
