"Everything about The New Garden was great, the housekeeping was top notch, the breakfast was better than expected, the front desk staff was helpful with getting me connected to the wifi and the security was on point. My two complaints are.. 1: I only got a wifi connection on my 3rd floor balcony or on first level (no big deal) #2: there's plenty of towels in the bathroom room but NO washcloths (my suggestion is to pack 1 or 2 in your bags) other than that I would definitely recommend as well as stay at New Garden hotel again"

"Staff needs better training and dealing with customer requests. They need to have a back up plan when their system is down. The food was great."
