BOOKING GUIDELINES

Third-Party Bookings:
You must be the person staying at the property.
We do not accept bookings for others.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS

-No unregistered overnight guests.

-Noise complaints can lead to immediate cancellation without a refund.
-You may be charged for any damages noted after checkout.

RESERVATION CHANGES
-Date changes within 5 days of check-in or during your stay are not allowed. -Exceptions include extending stays.


COMMUNICATION :
Report any issues during your stay for prompt resolution. No refunds will be given for problems raised after check-out.

VERIFICATION PROCESS
Due to increased fraud, we require verification to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Your information will only be used for screening.

RENTAL AGREEMENT + ID :
You’ll need to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid government ID that matches your profile.

FEES FOR HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS :

* Smoking/Vaping: $300
* Unapproved Pets: $300
* Late Checkout: $100/hr
* Extra Cleaning: $50/hr
* Unapproved Parties: $500

For stays over 28 days, an additional cleaning fee of $60 will apply. We’ll provide up to one month of essential supplies; after that, guests must supply their own.
