"Stay was amazing. Absolute dream...until I got home and looked at my credit card bill. Extra $255 in "amenity charges" for pool/jacuzzi use, access to a shuttle (that we never used), etc. You'd think for $500 a night they could afford to have the jacuzzi/pool be included in the price, charge separately if you want to use the shuttle. Apparently it's in the fine print in the registration paperwork, so be sure to learn from my mistake and read their lengthy check in paperwork. FYI: if you take more than 1 towel out of the bin at a time for the pool, they try to say when you check out that you didn't return the pool towels. So not happy at all about these things. But other than that place was great."

"I loved everything about this place other than the pool. The location, the staff, the room, the rooftop bar. It was clean and fresh and smelled wonderful. Everyone was absolutely amazing. The pool on the other hand should really be advertised as a big hot tub. It was too hot to enjoy. I didn’t mind the size or location. It was clean and the lounge chairs were nice, however, the temperature of the pool was not enjoyable on a hot spring afternoon. Which was part of the reason we picked this hotel. As much as I loved everything else, we just won’t be returning without a usable temperature adequate pool to cool off in. "

"The staff was very helpful and available. The breakfast was convenient, varied and good. The evening wine and appetizer hour was delightful and encouraged meeting some of the other guests and comparing notes. The weather encouraged sitting at courtyard tables as well as inside. The room was spacious with enough surfaces to spread our things out. However I was surprised at no towel bars and hope they install some in the bathroom. The self-parking lot was close-by and convenient. We would stay here again. "
