"The condo is fabulous. The owners renovation was superb. The guest bathroom tile could use a bit of touch up to avoid leaks at the tub and mildew. A major issue: the hot water heater is set at a scalding hot temperature. I would strongly advise setting it to a lower temperature."

Parking definitely a challenge-we parked our car in the Journal square parking garage $60 for 2 nights. That was about a 5 min walk as well. The apartment is a great little place. "This is a very nice property that's nicely appointed with modern amenities. It's open and airy with a large window in the living area which is nice for natural lighting. The television has surround sound which presented a slight issue for me, but I contacted the owner and he immediately responded to resolve my issue.
