We wished there had been a fan in the bathroom. We thought the bed was very comfortable. The convenience of being close to the Royal Mile and the Waverly Station were big positives and there were plenty of good places to eat nearby. We would sure stay there again.

I would definitely recommend these apartments. They were easy to find using a tram from the airport followed by a beautiful 10 minute walk passing the castle and gallery. All communication was great and easy to access with your 4 digit code on the outer door and apartment door. Very clean & tidy with housekeeping available with great service. We checked out at 11am but used the free luggage store (using same code) until 6pm which again gave us the freedom to visit attractions on our last day. A great stay.

We stayed in the editors studio and it was amazing!! The perfect way to end our honeymoon all the amenities were wonderful (so nice to wash up clothes before traveling). We opted in for a cake package and it was the right touch to our apartment!

I booked a luxury studio and was assigned to apartment 5 on the second floor. On day 2 there was a horrible smell coming out of the bathroom that smelled the whole unit. I notified the staff immediately and they were not very helpful. The way the handled the situation was terribly awful and full of gaslighting. I was then moved to standard studio (apartment 7 on the third floor) which had a very claustrophobic bed. The location was good, however this incident really colored the whole stay negatively. I would not stay here again.

Great location, easy walk to area sites, restaurants etc in both Old and New Town. Apartment was clean and well appointed, including a washing machine, a staff person voluntered to take our clothes to a place to be dried. Apartment on 5th floor required us to walk up 46 stairs from 3rd floor elevator. Highly recommend.

We were really happy with the property. There were 2 things that stopped it having a 5 star review. 1) The shower control lever came off in my hand the first time I touched it. It had obviously been broken for some time & just balanced on to look OK. 2) Despite the website saying you don't have to 'check out', I received an email to click a link to check out. This took me to a page saying I needed to pay for the room (even though I had paid in full at the time of booking). When I tried to get past this page, I just got an error message.
