Hotel has construction on the outside which is a pain. Some reo inside as well means the place is not very presentable. We only stayed one night.

The property is difficult to reach from the train station due to construction, which also caused a lot of noise during the day and made it difficult for taxis to pick us up. However, the hotel staff went out of their way to help with everything and the location so close to the royal mile is amazing.

Loved the location - convenient and accessible to many attractions. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Even though the location is in the city centre, the rooms are very quiet. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Room quite dirty, minimal beverage choice in room. Bathroom tiny, you couldn't open the bathroom door fully. Air-conditioning very slow to work. Building noise and inconvenience.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! Close to the Royal Mile. Take the St.Andrew Square tram stop to make the short 10 minute walk to the hotel.
