Great accommodation for the Fringe. A little far from the city centre but an easy walk to get into the city. Bed was a good size for two people and room had a lot of storage. Good bathroom. Only complaint is that the shared kitchen was lacking (no toaster, horrible hob, old sponge, very few pots & pans, etc.)

If you're just looking for a place to lay your head down for the night during the summer months, this was a decent price. The student staff were friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to store our bags for a small fee so that we could explore Edinburgh without toting our bags around. Not a bad place!

It's basic but clean, inexpensive and convenient accommodation close to Edinburgh city centre. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is a well equipped kitchen available for use but there are also some lovely breakfast options near by (Ante for example, fabulous). The beds are quite small, you need to really like the person you are sharing with. Nice clean bathroom. I will definitely use it again if I need accommodation in Edi outwith term time.

Staff were helpful and explained everything in arrival. Clear direction as to where the room was. You get given a towel at reception if you need one, you can pick up shower gel and shampoo and you can help yourself to tea and coffee in the reception area, ni brewing facilities in the room. The room itself was very clean with the basics you need, desk, wardrobe and some shelves if you're staying longer than a night. Bathroom was very clean and shower was decent. Overall a very good stay.

Second time staying here and I still believe it is a great place to stay, property is ideally located and easily accessible by public transportation. It is around a 20 minute walk from Waverley train station. The staff were very friendly, and explained things in detail making checking in a smooth process. The rooms themselves are decent, clean bed, clead linen and plenty of storage should you need it. The bathroom facilities are good, nice and clean and you can get 1 towel for free from reception, along with shower gel and shampoo. You can also get tea & coffee and milk from reception to use in the shared kitchen facilities, which has all you need to make/prepare a meal if you needed to. Overall another great stay, thank you.

Budget comfort had everything one needs for simple living. Very nice stay. Students were mostly friendly and accommodating. Location convenient to tram, shops, restaurants etc. Parking offsite about 15-20 min walk.
