"Great Hotel, clean and friendly staff."

"The hotel itself is lovely, with a great location, and I always appreciate the breakfast and happy hour offerings. However, my most recent stay was disappointing from a service standpoint. I did not receive housekeeping service, and when I called to ask about it, I was assured that someone would come. No one ever arrived. Since I had a meeting, I later requested fresh towels and coffee instead, but I had to ask three separate times before finally receiving them that evening. What was most frustrating was the response from the front desk. When I asked that my complaint be registered, the staff did not seem particularly concerned and appeared to laugh it off. That is not the level of service I have come to expect from this hotel, or from Hilton properties in general. Overall, while the hotel has many positives, this experience was disappointing and not up to the usual standard."

"Disappointing.We booked a king bed oceanfront room and received confirmation. When we checked in, only after me verifying it was a king bed, they told me it was two double beds. I showed the clerk ny confirmation I booked a king room. She checjed with her manager as to why the room was changed and we were told they had to do maintenance in the king room and they had no way of getting in touch with us to tell us about the change in rooms and the only room they had left to put us in was a double bed room. They did comp our parking for two nights and a comped breakfast for two. In the room , our coffee pot still had water in it from the prior guest, called the desk, it took housekeeping an hour and a half to bring us a new coffee pot. The bathroom sink only had scalding hot water until about 11pm, at which time there was no water coming out of the faucet. I complained to the manager, he said the maintenance man could come up and work on it but my husband was already sleeping, by morning we did have running water. Great hotel location, but truly a disappointing stay for a Hilton "

"We really enjoy the 21 and over pool area. The firepit and seating area is nice. Our room had a great view and having complimentary washer and dryer was great! The facilty could use some updating/refreshing in some areas and the elevators could use a really good/deep cleaning. "

"The room I was provided with had a pee smelled Luckily they gave me another one but still I think it has to be with the pet friendly stuff.. idk if it was dog pee . Staff was helpful tho"

"They were renovating so I am sure if we come another time it would be a higher rating. A few things that would improve the stay is providing coffee filters with the coffee and a clearer process for requesting towels, toilet paper ect. since most stays are multiple days ."
