"Everything is excellent except it is a bit far - 10/15 walk to town…was good for me."

"Beautiful location in the mountains above Baños."

"La cabaña es muy acogedora, limpia y tiene una vista hermosa al volcán Tungurahua. Un lugar muy recomendado para ir en familia."

"We loved our stay here. Very accommodating and nice hosts. Spectacular location. Located 25 minutes outside of Banos proper but worth the drive."

"I never imagined how beautiful the scenery was, the “cabin” is more beautiful than the pictures. First class furnishings. Near to a small restaurant but great food and service! We enjoyed every bit of it, walked down to river bank. So peaceful to fin myself between God and nature! I would go again. We had a great time!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Fengari. I believe it took us about an hour and a half from the airport. The Drive is windy and very beautiful with lots of flowers and birds on a country road. Our primary reason for visiting was Birding. I was able to photograph, 20 new birds, and heard, and saw many more than that. We enjoyed using the pool spa. The view is absolutely amazing. They have a nice property to walk around and search for birds. It was colder than we expected. Of course, it’s like...

"Great communication from the host! It really is a perfect location, very walkable to so many great shops and restaurants. Would recommend and would stay again!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay at this little retreat just outside the city of Quito. The property manager was very attentive to our needs and informative about the surrounding areas. He gave us great tips on when and where to visit in and around the city with insider info given his life lived in the area. The donkey is actually a treat to have around as her and our dog became fast friends. If you want a quiet retreat to just relax and rest your head after long days visiting the city or several...

"Eric was wonderful and took very good care of us, extremely helpful and courteous. He aided us in experiencing the nearby town of Banos. The location was breathtaking, with clear mountain air. The porch with all the plants and a firepit nearby was lovely. We totally recommend this amazing place!"

"Me encantó este refugio porque uno se siente realmente en la selva, sin renunciar a ninguna comodidad y teniendo muchas amenidades para disfrutar de un verdadero descanso. Todo es vegetación a su alrededor y hay aves hermosas por doquier! Muchas que solo he visto allí por primera vez en mi vida! Todo está perfectamente pensado para que te sientas augusto. Además, Julio como administrador, es la persona más gentil y hospitalaria para sacar el máximo provecho a tu tiempo en Puyo!"

"Everything was clean and the views are amazing! The kitchen is a great place to gather, and the bathroom was especially well-done."
