"The free parking (which was excellent) was confusing. In order to obtain a parking dongle, you had to check in but there was no where to park when you were trying to check in. Also, if you didn't return the parking dongle, you were charged $20 but you can't exit the parking garage without the dongle. Therefore, you have to exit the garage and find somewhere to park so you can return the dongle and finish checking out. They need to come up with a better method of enabling parking access."

"Our reservation was for a King room.At check in none were available and we had a Queen ( 2 beds) . The staff agent at that time was very nice ,but said he was not allowed, per management, to lower our price ! I found this to be unfair. The breakfast was acceptable but bacon was too tough and uneatable . Also coffee was not available after food service was stopped"

"Great house! A bit eclectic, but comfy. This is an older house (built in 1907), but it had everything we needed for a week-long stay. Three couples, ages from early 60s to early 70s. The layout of the bathrooms and bathrooms was not perfect but close enough (there is a bathroom on each of the three floors, while the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors and a hideaway bed on the parlor on the 1st floor if needed). Kitchen was well stocked. We spent evenings on the porch off the side entry while enjoying the quiet of the neighborhood. Check in and check out were fast and easy. Excellent communication with the host; all questions answered in short order. The only issue was that a previous renter left a huge mess in the grill, but it is now spotless. Convenient location; short drive to Cumberland and Frostburg; near to grocery stores. Overall, we had a great stay."
