"The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience."

"Beautiful resort. The staff are very friendly and are helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. Loved the private balcony to every room. The rooms were priced nice for the time I made my reservation. The restaurant was a little over priced and the food was bland. And it would be nice for more things for families to do so they wouldn't have to go 20-30 minutes down the mountain every time ."
