"Good size clean room. Very hot weather and a small fan only in the room. A bigger one would have helped with sleep overnight. Breakfast was in the pizza room and not much selection as staff loading small portions only for customers to choose from. Had to ask for refill a few times. Always a nice stay, helpful staff and this was on a very busy weekend for the music festival. Thank you"

"Property was spotlessly clean and would be very cosy for a winter trip. In the summer with a child not so good. The description is misleading. It mentions a garden and barbecue. The outside space is actually a very small paved are at the front of the property. Despite the photos showing beautiful Derbyshire scenery there are no views from the property. The property is wonderful but not what we were expecting."

"Had a great stay at this lovely little cottage, good communication from the nice friendly host. Lots of things to see and do within a short drive and plenty of good walks straight from the front door. Our second stay here and would certainly like to stay again, provided we can still walk up the steep hill to the cottage."

"A cosy warm cottage. Bright & airy, with lovely modern decor throughout. Comfy beds, great shower/bath & plenty of hot water. The owners have thought of everything to make for a great stay. The cottage is located in a charming village with a great selection of independent shops, places to eat & a supermarket nearby. There are lots of places of interest to visit nearby. We had a really enjoyable stay & will definitely be back."
