Family friendly with kitchenette and washer/dryer. Not too far from Ueno train station, 7-Eleven right next door and Lawson is a block away. Front desk helpful with luggage transfers. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was near the station, about 5-10mins walk. Room was clean and spacious. having washer and dryer in the room was a plus too! The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. Also, they have free umbrella use for rainy day. And we also utilized their baggage delivery service upon check out( with a fee) . Will stay here again!

This was by far the best hotel we had in our 2 week trip to Japan. The room comes with a kitchen and washer/dryer perfect for a small family of 6. The staff were helpful, the hotel was very clean, public bath was great with free toothbrush, shaving cream, shaver, and Dyson hair dryer. Overall, very jelp with this place. We highly recommend.

Not really any hotel amenities if you are looking for a restaurant or gym but great for a family stay. Spacious and clean rooms with a kitchenette. Vey quiet and cozy. Staff are so nice and helpful and stored our luggage before our late flight home, it was vey close to train station.

This time we'd said in the notes that it was our honeymoon, but unlike other hotels, this hotel did not respond to that and our view was just OK this time. "We loved this property. The only problem was that we booked in on the understanding that it served food and drinks all day. However, when we arrived we were told they only did breakfast and dinner.
