"Did not try the breakfast, the Japanese restaurant is just ok and the exhaust fan is really noisy, I was in room 614 and was not able to have a video call because of the loud exhaust fan from the restaurant also the gym is currently out of order but they did not say anything about that when I checked in. "

"The interior of the Dagny Hotel is sophisticated and modern, but with an old world charm. The staff is incredibly friendly and go the extra mile. The only downside would be the building’s renovation. I know it’s temporary, but it was so loud that it woke me up in the early hours of the morning. If you are an early riser the construction may not bother you. Hopefully, the renovations are completed soon."

"Good: Clean room, comfortable bed, good location. Staff are very friendly and addressed concerns promptly. Bad: VERY thin walls, can literally hear conversation's and alarm clocks next to you. Plumbing might be an issue as second day we were there, strong odor from bathroom smelt like sewer plant. "

"Room was great, ipad plug in didnt work so ipad always dying, 4th floor hall carpets were dirty, gym was closed due to construction. Ironing station was down the hall, little water in it, a learning curve to use. Not one glass in the roon.Reilly was very nice at front desk. The rest of staff aloof. Did not eat "
