"Overall service was good, Had a bad experience in the restaurant bar, The pool bar was great! Bellman Ryan⭐️was very helpful and kind. The ladies at check in can’t remember their names One had green hair, other pink and a young lady with Burgundy ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Pool drinks were good and consistent thank you ladies"

"This was right on Bourbon street so your close within walking distance for most everything. The balcony was fun to be able to see the action on Bourbon street but be prepared for the very, very loud music until 2am. First appearances were upscale. The room was spacious with the balcony, which was dirty (wear shoes) However, after walking on the carpet in our room our feet were black, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the streaming on the tv didn’t work. Housekeeping didn’t clean the sink or tub and didn’t vacuum when they came in."

"Hotel is in a great location to walk to Super Dome, French Market, Bourbon St, take trolley or bus, ride share service to any location. 20-25 minute ride to and from airport. Nice size room and bathroom. Clean and maintained well. Staff were great, helpful, & friendly. The only downside is the controlled setting for hot water. Luke warm or cold showers were taken during our 4 day stay. Overall, good stay. Great location and great staff."
