"Clean room - staff"

"Room needed re-painting. Water had pooled under the bed and dried and never cleaned. Walls had drips on it. Tv was oddly placed. Staff went on break for 30mins without coverage and kept no less than 10 people from checking in. Fabric chair was weirdly placed in bathroom. Bed was very hard. Sheets were clean but questionable. Buffet breakfast was four waffle irons and a toaster. Coffee maker in room didn’t have coffee holder, so couldn’t make coffee. While they had a menu in the room they discouraged anyone from eating in their rooms. Pool was only supposed to be open until 8pm but kids were using it until 10pm every night. "

"Pillows were not comfortable and the remote for the TV was not working all the time. The sliding doors were difficult to close. I did like how clean the property was. "

"We have stayed at Langham seven times since October 2023. We have always enjoyed the campus, the exceptional amenities, the amazing rooms and the nicest staff. It really is a great pleasure to stay there."
