I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and have usually had a comfortable experience, which is why this recent stay was disappointing. During the evening I noticed a cockroach in the room, which was concerning and made it difficult to fully relax afterward. I understand that things can happen from time to time, but cleanliness is one of the reasons I’ve continued choosing this hotel. I considering no longer staying at this hotel, as I also found small insects in the restroom.
