"Clean hotel and nice housekeepers, front desk manager onsite need to improve his customer service, location is ok and my big désappointement is how they treat you when you book through third party !!! Forget about continental breakfast that doesn’t exist!! They will give you coupons to buy a coffee and jus with croissant from the downstairs market… "

"They didn’t clean our room once in the 4 days we were there. The furniture is in terrible shape the drawers wouldnt even stay closed. It’s very frustrating bring approached multiple times on a daily basis if we received our free gift….. high pressure sales. The amount of money we spent wasn’t worth it."

"When i got there had a room with balcony reserved they said they dod not have any availability, ended up getting a different room way on the other side. Was overcharged by around 200 "

"Clean room. Wolfgang Puck has a great breakfast. Make a reservation if you want to have breakfast at Avenue Cafe. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's chilly in the Casino so be sure to bring a sweater. Temperature could be 1 or 2 degrees warmer. Excellent place to stay. Love the Monorail."
