"The Galt House has undergone a major transformation since the last time my husband and I stayed there...it is beautiful! Our only complaint is that we ordered room service, and our food was not inexpensive (78.00 for breakfast and 98.00 for late dinner). The food had great flavor but for the price, we were disappointed that it was lukewarm to cold and served in to-go containers as opposed to real tableware. Our coffee for breakfast was like ice coffee."

"The room was not ready when we arrived at 1:00 AM. The next day, we asked for shower gel because it hadn't been refilled, and it took them an hour to bring it to us. I did not use the bar or the restaurant, so I have no opinion on them; however, the staff members were very attentive."

The room was clean but this is a place that has the bare minimum in the room. It did seem clean, but I feel like I paid for a much nicer room than I got. This room was not terrible, but I overpaid for it. We’ve stayed at neighboring hotels for similar price and they were much better. "
