"I’ve stayed here multiple times love the place."

"We've stayed here three times this year, traveling to CA and back. The hotel is clean, management staff friendly. We love that the rooms feature a real step-in shower, although they need to quit giving bars of soap and little squeeze bottles - upgrade to dispensers. There are dining venues right there and others convenient in the city. The area seems fairly safe for parking. The only down side: there's no elevator. So those with limited mobility must engage a room on the first floor."

"The absolute quaintness and cute factor of the retro styling in every aspect! Vibrant colors from yesteryear made us feel really warm and cozy from the rooms to the front lobby to the hotel exterior in its entirety. And, the affordability. This will now always be our “first choice” if staying in Flagstaff. Lastly, Eric, the evening front desk clerk rocks with his friendliness and customer service. Americana ownership this this one right! 5 Stars!"
