"My sister and I have been wanting to take a trip to the Keweenaw Peninsula for years and finally got a chance to go. Luckily I found this beautiful rental!! It is literally perfect! "Were totally blindsided by the outside stairs to access the apartment. We are 79 years old and it was difficult to get our suitcases etc. up the stairs in a safe manner. We did like the fact that the property was clean and well equipped. Dishwasher worked well - coffeepot was adequate. There is a washer and a dryer although we didn't need those. We would have liked information on how to use the television/cable remotes. A neighbor had to show us how to use them. Bring ear plugs for the street...

"This place was very nice, everything you might need. I think it had central A/C, but there was also a window unit in the bedroom. It is a little annoying to have to type in two codes to exit and enter and it is near 41 so there is road noise and walking to Calumet is a little far. So this isn't super rustic or anything, but you can walk across the street to a gas station market so that is convenient."

"Had a great time but a long way to travel and not know what house was mine to stay in. Glad cleaning people showed up or i would been sleeping in my car. They have serval house on property let that person now what house theirs staying i with the correct door code."

"This rental home makes it feel like home. Everything we needed was provided. Easy checkin and communication with the owner, Jeff, was quick and pleasant. Loved the babbling stream in the back yard. Everything you could want!
"My husband and I were traveling through the UP and were looking for different places to stay as we made our way to Copper Harbor. The location was beautiful and serene. Full of amenities that we look for when stay somewhere. Clean and comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed to cook our meals. Our stay was only 2 nights and the weather did not cooperate for us to lounge in the yard by the campfire but having access to everything to enjoy the lake was great. Jason and Misty were very easy to get in touch with when we had a few questions. The house is close enough to Lake Superior for a nice day trip, and a ride into Houghton for lunch at the Ambassador. I think next time we travel up north we’ll bring our family and hang out a little longer. Definitely a great place to stay!"
