"We loved the Sunshine Motel and Cabins! Anthony & Nou (the owners) are welcoming and have thought of every detail to make your stay wonderful. There are bonfires which they make happen and beach access to Lake Superior. The place is meticulously cared for. The opportunity for fun is endless with the Porcupine Mountains State Park waterfalls and hiking close by. Our stay was exactly what we hoped for. Thanks so much for all your hard work to keep this beautiful and amazing."

"Room was clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Hotel is older and needs updating. Outside was not inviting,weeds growing up around building and patio. We had pizza at the restaurant. Took a very long time. Wasn't fully cooked when it came. We didn't have to pay for it. That was great but left hungry! Overall staff was very friendly."

"Great place, plenty of space, great price, fun decor, everything we needed as a base for our travels in the UP. Quiet location and easy to find. Nice portable ac, plus good fans and ceiling fans. Has w/d, just remember to bring your own detergent and bath soaps and shampoo. Plenty of towels and blankets! Would definitely come here again!"
