"The hotel itself could rival 5-star hotels . Very beautiful ambiance when you go in and rooms are very spacious. It’s a walking distance to SM City LRT and several facilities However the surrounding area is kinda iffy . Not dangerous by any means On the weekend when the traffic is very quiet , u get to see a few homeless people and dogs so be careful not stepping on human or animal waste I didn’t see anything on my way to SM City … but be careful just in case No Overall , it was quite a pleasant experience Thanks to the kind and warm and helpful staff members"

"Hotel people all very kind and helpful aircon in the room is very strong . Mall which has got everything you need is just next door. ——— Issue is the noise outside but It is to be expected given the location And u won’t hear it once you are inside ——— Also you enter into an aircon-less floor then use an aircon-less elevator to get to the aircon-less check in area . This is the hotel trying to cut cost so you can pay less . ——— Don’t expect too much from the buffet . Better spend your extra $8 by going to the adjoining mall or street vendors. Overall , I think it was a great experience . My spoiled brat of a son didn’t even complain! Thanks to the staff for their warmth and kindness."
