Exceptional location for this Loft on the 5th (top) floor of a high-standing residence with escalator.

Beautiful 914sqm loft with outstanding view on Lake Annecy and mountains.

An apartment full of charm for a couple, or even a small child sleeping in an extra bed. .

Access to the lake is direct from the residence's common areas.

The cycle path runs behind the residence. Easy access to a wide range of winter and summer activities: ski resorts, hiking, walking, discovery, sightseeing, water sports, beach, etc.

1 private parking space in the residence's secure car park on the opposite side of the road.

The LES LIBELLULES - LOFT property overlooking the lake is composed as follows:

- Spacious, triple-exposed living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle).
- Lounge area with electric fireplace, dining area for 6 adjoining the balcony
TV-DVD- WIFI Internet connection
- Bedroom with 160x200cm bedding and unique mountain views, TV
- Bathroom with shower, double basins and hairdryer
- Separate WC
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer

PMR access is possible, by elevator. However, access to the shower is not adapted to PMR standards.

About Duingt….

Duingt is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and deserves its name "Pearl of the Lake".
Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional mountain and lake view. The cycle track from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) crosses the village and connects the villages along the lake very easily by bike.

Many activities are possible in Duingt: water activities in summer (wake-boarding, water-skiing, kayaking, hiking, etc) outdoor activities nearby in winter (snowshoeing at Semnoz (20mins), alpine ski in La Clusaz (40mns) or in the 3 Valleys resorts (about 1h))

The "best bakery of the lake" is located in Duingt, as well as a bookstore, and high-quality cuisine (Clos Marcel or Spinaker for example).

Duingt is a fabulous place for a relaxing holiday in both the summer and winter times.

Spectacular stay for my wife and me.

The private swimming was amazing and the home is perfect on the top level of the building. The location is great, very private but close enough to town and walking distance to amazing restaurants. Highly recommend this listing!!

The apartment is in such beautiful surroundings and the views are magnificent. It was spotlessly clean. Having a balcony overlooking the lake and mountains was priceless. There is a bakery and a shop within walking distance and it was easy to get the bus to surrounding areas, including Annecy.

Superb location

The location of this beautiful apartment is second to none. there is balcony on which you can have your breakfast with breathtaking views accross the lake to the mountains. Its spacious, stylish and well furnished. Downstairs there is direct and private access to the lake, you can literally dive off the steps into the lake. What a treat on a hot day! We would most definately go back. The net curtains in the apartment tend to get blown out of the doors onto the balcony, more of an annoyance than a problem though.

Great holiday on the shore of Lake Annecy.

The location of the apartment right on the shore of the lake was fantastic. Our apartment was on the top floor with a small balcony overlooking the lake and the beautiful mountains all around. Duingt is a small village but there are a few shops and restaurants to choose from within walking distance. You also have very easy access to the cycle track which runs all the way down the western side of the lake which means you can cycle to Annecy without having to navigate the busy road.

Endroit calme et magique ! vivement conseillé !

Superbe séjour, lieu magnifique, loft au top et Sandos (notre contact) idem ! Vue magnifique, loft super bien équipé. Endroit calme et magique pour se reposer. Je conseille vivement cet endroit. Le seul bémol du loft, le débit wifi (il faut passer à la fibre 😉) et l’absence de télé dans la chambre. Sinon c’était parfait.
