I liked almost everything except the bed in our studio room: it was very uncomfortable for two people. The fold out Murphy bed style is fine for one or two nights, but not recommended for longer stays. Great location to walk to the train station and take it all the way into Dublin City center. Pleasant walks in the area and excellent cafes nearby.

This is a new property in the port town of Dun Laoghaire, about 30 mins outside Dublin, offering small "studio-type" rooms, each one with bathroom, toilet and kitchenette and a folding sofa bed, and has a -social kitchen- for cooking. Not much space in the rooms, especially for more than one, but the fittings are modern and good quality. IMO, excellent value for money if you don´t need to be in central Dublin.

We stayed here for two nights and while the room was a bit smaller than expected (the bed folded out from the wall which reduced the living space), it was very modern and nicely designed. A great base for exploring the area, but not somewhere I’d want to hang out all day or do work for a business trip. The location is great for taking the train into Dublin (30 minutes) or driving to Glendalough, but not in central Dublin (which we expected). Dun Laoighre town is very cute however with good dining options and the apartment is well located.

Had a great stay. The only thing to change was the heat was on in the building and it was 18 degrees out and the sofa part for the murphy bed was pretty dirty.

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die tolle Dachterrasse, die großzügig ausgestatteten Küchen, in denen man sich problemlos selbst versorgen kann, sowie der gemütliche Gemeinschaftsraum mit Büchern zum Ausleihen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die sehr offen gestaltete Badezimmer-Situation. Sowohl Dusche als auch WC haben nur transparente Türen, was einem bei einem Aufenthalt zu zweit jegliche Privatsphäre nimmt. Alles in allem aber ein sehr schönes Hotel mit durchdachten Gemeinschaftsbereichen und insgesamt empfehlenswert.

The property is an apartment building with small studio rooms unlike the suites that are advertised. There is a little kitchenette in each room. The room has a double Murphy bed and we were told there is no other configuration available. Also, a google search of the property shows they have air conditioning, the rooms do not have any aircon. We were told to keep the windows open, which meant street noises coming in thru the night and since the window opens inwards, the blinds don’t close well. They did not have any fan available for air circulation in the room. It was extremely hot in the room.

Stayed here two weeks and loved every minute of it. Only complaint is that it was a bit warm in the spring so we had to sleep with the window open and the street was a bit loud, but by midnight things would cool down. Area was excellent and very walkable and the town feels safe and fun with tons of great restaurants and right by the ocean. The rooftop had amazing views.
