Situated in a very busy, very well connected part of Dublin and yet there were 2 parks within a few minutes walk. Staff were excellent, and rooms were clean and comfortable. No AC, but luckily the night was not too warm.

The Fire Alarm went on twice during the night - Both times false alarm. A little annoying when you need to sleep and be ready for next day meetings. But overall a good hotel and I recommend it and will use it again next time being in Dublin

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, super close to Green Line and the Airport Bus, excellent location, comfy beds Cons: This building has seen better days... or decades! There's no AC and our room was super hot even with the windows open at 17 degrees at night. Everything is functional so it gets the job done, but be prepared for weird stuff (ie. do you need a pants press or hair dryer from the 90s? Weird stairs to nowhere? They've got you!)
