Stayed in a Queen Superior so it had a renovated bathroom but the rest of the room was in need of renovating. There was a strong smell of maybe a toilet block in the room that I was unable to find?? The bed sheets were fresh and clean.

New owners have done a lot of improvements since they took over last year. eg fantastic shower(was over the bath before) plenty of room to move and no danger of tripping over the edge of the bathanymor.

The room was very clean and had everything you need in it the manager and his wife were very nice to talk too and we said we will be coming back next time we are in Dubbo. I would like to thank you all very much fo a great stay

Good for a nights stop over room was large. I wouldn't stay more than one night as the strong smell of stale cigarettes and the scents they used to try to mask it was so overpowering it gave me a headache. I actually didn't sleep well at all due the the smell. Overall ok for a quick stop over.

Clean functional space. Loved the TV on the pivoting stand. The bedside lights positioned on the wall at the head of the bed with a glass shade was the exact right height for everyone to hit their heads!

3 minutes after I arrived, after reception has closed, they came and unlocked the door without a hassle at all. Lamp was broken but that was the only problem and not at all an issue. Would stay again if passing through Dubbo.

Family trip away
Place was clean but dated, but beds were comfortable and room was a good sized. However, there were people drinking outside their room next door. Constant swearing, loud music and yelling. Can't really fault the staff for this, but it just doesn't add to family holiday experience.

The location was convenient as was the parking. As for the rest I won't stay again. The shower dripped continuously, and everything felt tired and worn. The restaurant thought is expedient to move their enormous noisy bins around 10 pm every night. I could hear them thru my earplugs.

Desk manager had no idea. TV was broken and dusty. Shower head was broken and spraying water where water shouldn’t come out. Cleaning products used was really over powering. Expensive for the state of the room.

Lots of items need replacing as they are old and noisy eg Mattress very old and uncomfortable , extractor fan in bathroom , hairdryer , lamps on side tables , chairs .

Beds very comfortable and very very clean. We had a family room which was very comfortable for us snd adult children for 1 night family reunion. Queen and 3 singles. Spacious room, bathroom was older but functional. Great shower pressure. Will stay there again .

I don't know if it is all of Dubbo, but the two motels I stayed in in this town were run by the most lovely, helpful, friendly people! Cascade's rooms were spacious and probably had the nicest decor of all the places we stayed in on this road trip.
