The housekeeping team looked after the apartment and us daily, replenishing toiletries, tea/coffee etc, cleaning to a high standard. The room was clean, well taken care of and it really felt like home away from home. Our only complaint honestly was the traffic noise from the street in front of the hotel, but they can't control that and it really wasn't that bad most nights. All staff were so friendly and helpful. "
