Nice stay with family. Property is old so had a couple of issues but staff promptly fixed them. Very friendly staff with prompt service. Only complaint was that breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 but it took until 7:30 for them to bring out all the hot food items.

Hotel staff were great and helpful. Hotel location and condition didn’t meet expectations and what was described on Expedia. Hotel pictures showing city close and mentioning “city view” when city view was miles away and way far from hotel location.

Very nice hotel , clean room but old furniture. I noticed a clear tear in the sofa, which must be replaced. Very comfortable bed. Tye apartment has wash machine and detergent is supplied for free by the hotel. Breakfast is not big. But you will found what is needed for breakfast. Kitchen staff are all nice and deserve a star. We ordered a dinner at night and it was really good and cheaper than outside.

There is nothing Executive about this hotel

Dated property in a serious need of upgrade. Bathroom ceiling leaked twice during 8 nights stay, although was immediately attended to. Reported broken clothing line, faulty lamp which again were fixed within the day. Faulty toilet flush and broken kitchen bin which we didn't bother reporting in the end, afterall we were on a holiday and got fed up of reporting faults. Brilliant housekeeping staff which made our stay comfortable but overall the property needs to be refurbished theoughout. Finally, no apology was offered for any of the above. Photos on the website are a total misrepresentation of how modern the hotel is.

No cold Air conditioner inside the elevator despite heat waves in Dubai. I spent 8 days in this hotel and it wasn’t habitable. Rooms ACs was centrally monitored/moderated. You cannot adjust the AC to your preference. I complained twice but nothing was done. Also, the Indian lady at the front desk was so mean, she will never attend to your needs on time. Always saying please come back later. My experience wasn’t good at this facility and will avoid it when next I visit Dubai.
