"We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. "This resort is one of our favourite resorts in Dubai. It's quiet and relaxing, with just the right panache without being OTT. The room is luxe and comfy. The amenities are superb. "bed is soft and comfy. location is very good being in al rigga street-which have a lot of shopping and food options. its also beside caribou coffee shop which is 24 hours open. check in and out were easy. the doorman called us a taxi for the airport. so it was a good short stay."
