"Very disappointing experience. I had already paid for my stay, but upon check-out, the hotel charged me again. I showed them proof of payment at the front desk, yet they still processed a second charge. "A true 5 star experience! The staff is incredibly welcoming and clearly well trained in hospitality. I had a room with a balcony and an ocean view and I just had the most wonderful stay. Spent the day at the Akra gym, pool, and ‘beach’, I loved it so much I added another night, the breakfast was fantastic as well. Can’t say enough good things and can’t wait to come back!"

"I really enjoyed my trip to Antalya, and AG Hotel was definitely a good choice. The breakfast was great, the location convenient, and I liked the overall design. However, it was not very safe for our son, as he injured himself multiple times on the sharp edge of the concrete bedside, which was not covered. The hotel manager was very helpful and attentive during check-out, and he was genuinely interested in our feedback. Overall, the stay was good, but some finishing improvements are needed....

"This hotel is nothing short of amazing. The building is beautiful, with great architecture. But the staff make the experience exceptional. Most employees of the hotel will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, accommodated and assist you. Those who deserve a special highlight are Ozkan (hope I spelt that correctly) the Duty Manager, Ata, Efe, Taha, Canpolit and a gentleman who worked in the mornings and always wore black attire. I didn't catch his name, he made sure my coffee was perfect every morning. Other details, the beach is 5mins away, the spa facilities are lovely, breakfast and dinner were excellent. I could go on. The malls are a drive away though, if you want to shop properly. But taxis are reasonably priced. Although there were a few niggly issues that arose here and there, nothing to spoil the overall beauty of the holiday. Top marks are definitely deserved. Highly recommended. Thank you all again."
